She / Her

Caroline is an Organizational Consultant and Provisional Psychologist who specializes in leadership development, workplace learning and development, and organizational effectiveness. She enjoys group facilitation, speaking, and coaching individuals. Across her work, she aims to bridge the needs of organizations and the people within them, strengthening the trust and alignment that allow for both individuals and organizations to thrive.

Before transitioning into the field of psychology, Caroline worked in financial services, gaining firsthand experience in a large corporate environment and contributing to leadership development and executive training initiatives. This exposure shaped her interest in the human side of organizational effectiveness, particularly, how organizations build trust, create alignment, and engage employees through periods of growth and change. She recognizes that meaningful change depends not only on the strategy itself, but on whether people understand it, trust it, and feel invested in its success.

Caroline’s approach is informed by a lens on neurodiversity, accessibility, and inclusive workplace practices. This focus allows her to help organizations understand what enables people to perform at their best, allowing them to invest in workplace practices that bring out the strengths and potential of their workforce.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics and a Master of Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School, with a professional focus spanning clinical and organizational psychology. In addition to her organizational consulting work, Caroline sits on a committee of The International Dyslexia Association.
