Leadership & Executive Coaching
Executive coaching starts by understanding the unique strengths and development opportunities of each leader, helping them build deeper self-insight and stronger leadership capabilities. Development goals are tied directly to your business goals, so leadership growth translates into organizational performance.

The coaching process.
Every engagement is shaped by the organization's and the leader's needs. In general, it moves through five stages:
- Assess & understand. We map current skills, strengths, development opportunities, and blind spots through an in-depth interview and a suite of psychometric assessments.
- Craft the plan. Together we build an actionable development plan with clear, measurable goals, and the supports needed to reach them.
- Align with the business. An alignment session with the leader's supervisor, and sometimes HR, to share feedback and secure support for the plan.
- Coach toward the goals. Ongoing coaching sessions target the specific goals set out in the development plan.
- Debrief & measure. We summarize and debrief overall progress, often closing with an alignment session and feedback.
